A Quick Kettlebell Leg Workout

First workout video of the year is a simple kettlebell leg workout! But before we get into it, I want to share with you a piece of inspirational advice that really spoke to me this morning. It’s so true because we all strive for perfection, but mastery doesn’t come without first beginning somewhere:

Don’t be shy to try new things and never give up on something you want because you are scared of judgement… Understand that judgement will come from people whether you like it or not. Start giving zero f*cks now, and by next year, you won’t give a sh*t.

Yesterday was leg day, and I had already finished a full PWR legs & abs session before filming this. But it was such a nice afternoon out – I couldn’t pass up on the opportunity to film a quick workout! I decided to stick with something simple because the sun was going down quickly. So, I grabbed my kettlebell and had some fun with it!

I love my kettlebell because you can do SO much with it, alone! No other equipment needed. These kettlebell exercises will work your legs and glutes. They can be done anywhere, regardless of your fitness level! Do 3-4 sets of 12-15 reps each exercise to get a good sweat on.

As you can see, it can be a challenge to focus on form and stability when your dogs are busy grazing the grass and playing ball around you lol but I definitely spot some areas for improvement here, for next time 🙂
